Cancellation Policy
Booking Fee A booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your service total on the day.
Rescheduling If your plans change, you may transfer your booking fee to a new appointment date, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. This transfer is available once per booking. If a second change is needed, the original booking fee will be forfeited and a new fee will be required to book again.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a booked appointment, will result in the booking fee being retained in full. With 48 hours' notice there is a realistic opportunity to offer your slot to another client. With less notice than that, the time is likely to go unfilled. If a late cancellation slot is filled in its entirety by another client, the booking fee will be refunded.
